claude.ia 2004f453fc feat(res_partner): add phase 2 individual enrichment to mass SRE sync 
Phase 1 (bulk_update) only returns basic CSV data (name, RUT, dte_email).
Phase 2 calls get_remote_user_data per incomplete contact to fetch
address, actecos and giro from SRE enrichment pipeline (sre.cl →
portalchile). Capped at 2h timeout; remaining contacts retry next run.
